Commercial plywood may just refer to the number of layers, or plies, a commonly used plywood has in the construction industry. There’s 3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply, and 9-ply. The more plies the more expensive it is. For home exterior construction, a lot of 3-ply is used. In cabinet shops, you’ll see 5, 7, and 9-ply.

– A face grade: Allow sound knot, no death knot, no patch, no split, no pin and no discoloration.
– No seperate even when you cut into small pieces.
– Boilling on the hot water at least 4 hours.
